EQUIPMENT RETURN

Date:  Tuesday, November 29th

Time:  6pm-8pm

Location:   Melican Middle School Cafeteria

 

What to return :

Flex:   Jersey, Game Pants, & Soft Shell helmet and shoulder pads

Tackle:   Practice Jersey, Practice Game Pants, Belt, Game Jerseys, Game Pants, Shoulder Pads, Helmet, Knee Pads, Guardian

Cheer: Uniform, Warm Ups, Cheer Bags

 

 Important Reminders:

  • If you are traveling for Nationals, please contact Robin (email is below) for an alternative date.

  • Players/Cheerleaders do NOT need to be present during return night.   They are welcome to come, but it's not required like when we do equipment/uniform handout.

  • Please do not give your equipment or uniforms to the coach to turn in.   This is your responsibility to bring back.

  • All items must be returned cleaned.  If anything is returned dirty you will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. 

  • Missing or damaged items will be charged a replacement fee of that item.   

  • If you owe money for calendars or volunteer hours, please bring a check (made payable to NSYFCA) that night.

  • If you haven't picked up your birth certificate yet, this is the last chance.

  • If you can't make it (please try your best because we have to send gear out to be reconditioned before the spring comes) please email one of the VP's:
